You may think 'Is fibromyalgia real?' is an odd question to be included in the title of a blog written by someone who actually has fibromyalgia. While open-minded skeptics are most welcome, in my heart I am writing mainly for other fibromyalgia sufferers who will be able to identify with what I know is real.
